These are truly challenging times. This pandemic has shown how our own neighbors and community members can be a force for good in the midst of a crisis. But it has also proven that we must invest in our local health and economy if we are to achieve a thriving community. While serving as your State Representative, we’ve invested in affordable housing, enacted the nation’s first long-term care guarantee and public option healthcare, reduced tuition and increased job training, expanded mental health and addiction services, passed stronger gun laws, and secured protections for frontline workers.
I will continue to fight to transform our policing systems, increase accountability, ease the burden on struggling families, expand childcare, support local business recovery, protect the vulnerable and take strong climate action. I’m proud to be a voice for Tacoma families and appreciate your support as we charge forward together. Your vote will help our district and state recover with strength and dignity.

We need all the help we can get to push this bill out of committee. It's good for the economy and it's great for reducing e-waste. https://twitter.com/Env_Washington/status/1636873409203433472
